presented by the Alabama Council on Economic Education

Are you looking for hands-on, ready to use curriculum to help Pre-K to high school students learn financial knowledge, skills, and habits for healthy financial futures?  Come to this workshop to receive FDIC's Money Smart for Young People curriculum. In addition, participants will learn how to implement the Alabama Stock Market Game and use free simulations and case studies from Next Gen Personal Finance website. The workshop will include financial professionals who will share examples and opportunities for enhancing financial mobility for young people by acquiring banking knowledge during the pre-secondary school years.

There is no fee to attend, lunch is provided for workshop participants, and a $50 substitute reimbursement is available.  Please bring a laptop or tablet for interactive workshop activities. Wi-fi is available in the meeting room.
