The mission  of the Alabama Council on Economic Education (ACEE) is to promote and improve economic and financial education in Alabama by providing professional development and curriculum resources for K-12 teachers in public and private schools.  ACEE provides comprehensive professional development, programs, and curriculum resources for teachers in economics, personal finance, and entrepreneurship. In addition, multiple classroom programs for students are  offered throughout the state. ACEE delivers curriculum aligned with Alabama State Department of Education standards and graduation requirements. ACEE envisions an Alabama where all of its citizens have the knowledge, understanding, and skills to make informed economic choices.
