Donations of any amount WELCOME!

The mission of the Alabama Council on Economic Education (ACEE) is to increase economic and financial literacy in Alabama by providing resources and training to K-12 educators, promoting workforce development and empowering students to create a more prosperous future for themselves and Alabama.

Every dollar of support to ACEE is important. Here are some examples of what your donation can accomplish:
$50             Provides hands-on economics and financial literacy materials to an Alabama classroom.

$125           Provides substitute pay for a teacher to attend a personal finance or economics  workshop during the school year.

$150           Supports 15 Stock Market Game Teams.

$200           Supports 10 teachers to attend an after school professional development webinar OR supports one teacher to participate                              in an in-person ACEE professional development all day event. Each teacher, in turn, will reach 50-200 students a year.

$250           Supports one teacher and three teams to travel and compete at the state championship for the Personal Finance Challenge                          or the Economics Challenge. State winners advance to the national competition in each event.

$500           Supports 10 kits of classroom economics or financial literacy curriculum resources provided to teachers throughout Alabama.

$5,000       Supports 25 teachers to attend a one day symposium in economics, financial education, or entrepreneurship.
