CAPITOL HILL CHALLENGE 6TH PLACE IN USA!

SIFMA and the SIFMA Foundation congratulated a team of students from Chilton County High School in Alabama on placing sixth in the 11th Annual Stock Market Game—Capitol Hill Challenge (CHC) national competition.  In June, the team, along with the other top 10 placing teams, traveled to Washington, D.C. to meet their Member of Congress and attend an awards reception on Capitol Hill.  The team produced a portfolio value of $149,308 and a return of over 43%.  Participating team members include: Skyler Blankenship, Logan Easterling, Drake Jones, Boyd Price, and Jacob Smith (pictured with their teacher Ray Sosa).  They were instructed by Ray Sosa and represented Rep. Bachus during this year’s challenge.
