Economics for the Elementary Classroom: It’s an Open Book
Presented in cooperation with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta

It’s never too young to start learning economics! In this workshop, look at familiar children’s literature books from a whole new perspective, an economic perspective. Learn about saving and spending, decision-making, scarcity, and other economic concepts that are hiding in plain sight in the books you are already using in your classroom.

Alabama teachers receive $25 and a one hour PD certificate.
